aku nyemil tp ndak mkn berat (eh iia maem berat e 1x)
berat Q turun 1 hr 1 kg
trus byk minum air pth. hahaha
klo maem byk + nyemil + ndak OR

pagi = puding + sus
siang = arem2
malem = ngemil buah..
